Shipping Information

Makwa Studio ships using USPS First Class for all domestic US and international orders. Since items are handmade to order please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. You will receive an email confirmation once your item/s have been shipped along with a tracking number.

Return Policy

Please send me an email stating the reason for return or exchange within 5 days after receiving your package. Returns are accepted for full refund or store credit. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Makwa Studio reserves the right to decline any refund if items are damaged or held longer than 10 days after delivery. Once the returned item/s have been received, Makwa Studio will issue a refund for the item price only within 10 business days. Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded unless it is a result of our error and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item a tracking number is highly recommended as Makwa Studio is not responsible for any lost packages.

Note that all custom orders and items bought on sale are non refundable.
